Project Manager

Responsible for:

The Project Manager is responsible for delivery of new partners to market on behalf of the coalition program. Responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring progress of project deliverables against plan, managing communications and reporting project status, collaborating with key internal and external contacts, and delivering projects within scope, on time and on budget.

As part of this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Integration of the coalition program into a partner’s organization, from point-of-sale systems, to back-office reporting, marketing and communications, public relations, employee training and incentives, etc.
  2. Managing an engaged launch team; soliciting feedback and input to ensure the coalition is always recommending best possible approach to partner's launch.
  3. Leadership of launch meetings, processes and coordination of internal and external efforts and stakeholder requirements.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to make the launch happen.
  5. Keep internal and external stakeholders accountable for the delivery of tasks as assigned on time and to quality standards required.
  6. Coordinate project communications and reporting requirements.
  7. Transition Sponsor to Account Team upon completion of launch.
  8. Handle multiple launches at any given time without compromising on time, budget or quality.

Key Accountabilities: 
As part of this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Project Planning including deliverables for Client Services, Legal, Finance, IT and Sponsor Operations, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Associate Training, Customer Care, etc.
  2. Project Management including kick-off, leadership of meetings, management of project team and deliverables, and coordinating project communications and reporting requirements.
  3. Post-Launch Assessment including the documentation of observations and solicitation/consolidation of feedback for continuous improvement.
  4. Account Transition to management team upon completion of launch.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Pitch and get new business for Direxions Group as per targets set for him/ her for the year
  • Implement business models so as to create new products and services
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline including creation of contact lists, cold calling the customers, sending proposals and managing the sales pipeline with Sales Force
  • Create pitches, maintain a portfolio of creative and other jobs done in the past, to support the branches in nuancing the pitches and providing inputs in terms of structuring the commercials.
  • Pro-actively find target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from the services we offer.
  • Develop  relationships to grow accounts(with existing clients as well as with new clients)
  • Build referral and  lead generation network
